IMPORTANT TIPS FOR PARENTS & CHILDREN
Preparation & useful information about our ski courses. To make the participation in our ski or snowboard course for you and your child as easy as possible, we have put together the most important information for you:
- I note the name of my ski instructor.
- I keep the course ticket always with me. It contains my name, a telephone number in case of emergencies and my holiday address.
- I never forget my sunglasses or ski goggles, gloves, safety vest and my helmet.
- In addition, I want to be safe when skiing and therefore I always wear my ski helmet.
- In order to guarantee your chosen course, we recommend an early online booking.
- Prepare your child for the ski course, to ensure a joyful start from the beginning.
- Please bring your child to the meeting point early and be punctual when picking your child up.
- You have enough time for your own course, because our children’s ski instructors are already at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the course to receive your child.
- The ski instructor will inform you each morning about the planned program for the day.
- Saying goodbye to your child should be kept short. The longer you stay, the more difficult it will be for your child.
- Always provide your child with a valid ski school ticket and a valid ski pass.
- The lift ticket is not included in the course price. As soon as your child uses the public practice lift at the valley station, a ski pass is required.
- Do not rent old ski equipment. The learning process is much quicker and more fun with new equipment.
- Trust the ski instructor and leave your child alone with the teacher during the course hours.
- For a safe and smooth day of skiing please equip your child with warm clothing, suitable for the weather, dry gloves and ski boots, a helmet and good ski goggles/sunglasses, as well as sun cream.
- For children from 3 to 4 years we recommend to book a trial lesson or taster day online.
- At the end of the course the ski instructor will bring your child back to the meeting point and will stay there with the child until the parents arrive. In case of delays or uncertainties, you will receive information immediately at the ski school office.
- Every Thursday we organize a ski race for all children with price giving ceremony, medals and certificates.
- Our children’s areas are located at the valley station of the cable car and can be easily reached by parents and supervisors without skis.
- Cancellation or refund of the course fees on site is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate. Please find all details about our cancellation conditions here.
